1. Service

MeetCoach is a real-time AI meeting coaching tool provided by Novara Solutions SAS ("we", "us"). By using the desktop application, Chrome extension, or website, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use MeetCoach. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use MeetCoach only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for obtaining consent from other meeting participants where required by local laws regarding audio recording and processing. MeetCoach is a coaching tool — you should not rely on it as legal, medical, or professional advice.

4. Plans and billing

Free accounts are limited to 3 sessions per month (10 minutes each, 5 tips per session). Paid plans (Starter and Pro) offer additional sessions and features. Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us at support@meetcoach.pro and we will work to resolve it or issue a credit at our discretion.

6. AI-generated content

Coaching tips, summaries, and analysis are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. They are provided as suggestions only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of MeetCoach is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process audio data in real time and do not store live session audio on our servers.

8. Limitation of liability

MeetCoach is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, missed opportunities, or reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MeetCoach after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
